After your purchase of Glutless, you have 60 days from the date you receive your package to experience the benefits of our product. We hope you’ll soon join the many customers who share their success stories with us.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily request a refund!
BEFORE requesting a refund, we encourage you to give the product enough time to work. We typically advise all customers to use it for at least 3 months to allow the formula to show its full effects.
If you’ve decided to move forward with your refund request, please follow these steps:

Step 1:
Ensure you’re within the 60-day refund window, which starts on the day your order was delivered. You can check the delivery date using the tracking number on the carrier’s website.
Step 2:
Email our support team at info@tryglutless.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and explain that you’re not fully satisfied with the product. This ensures your request is given priority.
Step 3:
Return all the bottles (empty or full) to the following address:
285 Northeast Ave, Tallmadge, OH 44278, United States.
Include a note with your full name, email, and order ID (if available) to help us locate your order quickly. We require the return of all bottles and the original packing slip for processing.
Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by us.
Step 4:
Once we receive your package, we’ll process your refund promptly and notify you via email. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
